Why I'm building this

I'm Eugen — an engineer with an interest in real estate. StoneGavel started because the deal calculators I found online either got the financing math wrong or hid it behind a lead form, and that bothered me enough to build something better.

Every calculator here follows the same rule: model the underlying mechanics correctly, not approximately. A hard-money loan is interest-only with draws released progressively as rehab work is completed — not a full balance accruing interest from day one, which is how most calculators get it wrong. And instead of one confident number, you get a base / conservative / stress range, because a single point estimate hides exactly the risk you're trying to price in.

What I bring to this is rigor: the math behind every calculator is unit-tested, the assumptions are visible, and nothing is tuned to make a deal look better than it is. If something here doesn't match how a real deal behaves in practice, tell me — use the feedback tab on any calculator page. That's worth more to me than praise.
